The Staff-Parish Committee last met March 31st. A subcommittee is in the process of interviewing some of the staff so that we have updated employee job descriptions for all church staff members. Also, efforts are on-going to update the Employee Handbook.

We have an agreement from the Finance Committee to increase the Nursery Supervisor hours from 6 to 10 hours per week on an "as needed" basis. This, we felt, is very important as we seek to accommodate those new to our church and members with young children who seek to attend functions or volunteer for various church activities outside the 6 hours currently scheduled for the Nursery each Sunday.

Lastly, the Committee is trying to update the SPRC files and improve Staff Evaluation forms before the "Class of 2008" members finish their term this June. Les Miller, Kevin Fuhrman, and Howard Culbreth will be finishing their terms.
