Everyone had a good time at February’s unit meeting when we recognized new members and shared with one another our talents and collections. March’s unit meeting on the 13th will be hosted by the Ethel Clark Circle, and the program will be a School of Missions study overview by Marilyn Taylor on “Music and Mission.”

The Upper Snake Every-Member Enrichment Meeting will take place at Trinity on Saturday, March 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A nursery will be provided if necessary. Pre-registration is required so please contact your circle chairs or Joni Pace if you plan to attend. A continental-type breakfast will be served by St. Paul’s UMW with lunch provided by Trinity’s UMW. This is an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with other United Methodist women in the Eastern District. A special class for general membership will be held concurrently with officer training.

The Spiritual Retreat in Jerome will be March 14 and 15. Rochelle Killett will lead participants in her program “Exploring the Ugly Duckling.” Rochelle is currently the Spiritual Growth Mission Coordinator for the Eastern District and has served at the conference and district levels. She has a wealth of experience in spiritual growth. The cost is $50.00 per person and includes accommodations (two to a room) for Friday night and two meals—breakfast and lunch— on Saturday.
