Children’s Outreach

In February, the Christian Education Committee mailed Lenten activity packets to children of Trinity (ages 3-10) who may or may not come to Sunday School on a regular basis.  It is our hope that the children will work on the activities at their leisure, have fun, and receive the knowledge of Christ’s work.  Each month a different packet will be mailed out.  Please let the church office know if your child does not receive this mailing.  We want to make sure that all children benefit from these lessons.

New Senior High Sunday School Study to Begin

On March 9, the Senior High Sunday School class will begin studying Adam Hamilton’s Christianity and World Religions from Cokesbury.  In sessions on Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Judaism, Hamilton interviews leaders from those traditions, recognizing the unique contributions of each and then comparing and contrasting them with Christianity.  He also shares the essential beliefs of Christianity in light of the other beliefs.
